All videos are in Macromedia Flash format.  If you do not have the flash player installed, you will be prompted to install it.  You can also download the current Flash player from http://www.macromedia.com/.  The low bandwidth videos are for use with dial-up connections.  The medium and high bandwidth videos are larger in size and have a larger higher quality picture.
